I agree with you that PPM fo...Well summarise Serge. I agree with you that PPM for annual budgetting and EA can intersect with strategy planning. Ideally it is Strategy then EA then PPM. However I am seeing that EA is not really included in this relationship and that the link between Business Strategy and PPM can be weak and so high level i.e. at a budgetary level. Also PPM includes operational day to day items that are not strategic as such that confuses the issue.
