Phase G is the impl...Regarding your second comment. Phase G is the implementation, which means development or acquisition of a COTS package. This would require Project Management methods such as PMI, PRINCE 2 and others. PPM includes the portfolio aspects which are not considered in Phase G. I read your post and I must say that your vis...Hi.<br /><br />I read your post and I must say that your vision of the relationship between TOGAF (in particular Phase H) and PPM is not quite clear to me.<br /><br />Are your sure that you're talking about right phase in TOGAF AMD cycle? In my opinion "create a viable implementation and migration plan in co-operation with the portfolio and project managers" and "examine each project and prioritize it according to established criteria. [...] assign a business value; conduct a cost business analysis for each project" are objectives of phase F not H.<br />I assume that's a typo. Am I right?<br /><br />Could you also clarify when does the PPM and AMD phases work together, please? In my personal opinion it's mainly in Phase G and in lesser extent F and H.
